The DEADLINE for the provisions of this legislation is 1st July, 2014..home and landowners need ACTION NOW from their elected representatives at all levels of the Portuguese Government so that their HOMES and LAND will not be repossessed by the Portuguese State on 1st July, 2014 when they have documents that their homes and land are registered as Private Property at the local Government offices and they have paid their taxes.
Innocent home and landowners are being harassed, victimised under Portuguese Law 54/2005 and request European Commissioner Reding to request the Portuguese State to stop the enforcement of a National Law in a EU Member state clearly in breach of International and European Human rights laws
